Return Policy – Cancellations

  • In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in whole or in part within 14 calendar days.
  • In order for the return to be accepted, the necessary condition is that the product is in its original packaging, has not been used and is in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (cards).
  • For hygiene reasons, no changes are made to swimwear, tights and earrings.
  • Footwear should be tested on a clean surface to prevent soiling or damage to the sole.
  • In case the above conditions are not met, the company has the right not to accept the return. In this case the costs of re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
  • Changes due to defective product, burden our company.
  • Our company offers free of charge only the first shipment of the product.
  • As soon as we receive your parcel and after the necessary check is made, we will send you the new order.
  • In case the amount of the new product exceeds the amount of your original order, you pay the difference with one of the available payment methods (Deposit to account, debit / credit card, PayPal before we send your order, or cash on delivery order.
  • In case the number or other product you want is not immediately available, the value of the product is credited to be used in your next purchase within 15 days.
  • To return the products, first contact us by e-mail glossyboutique11@.gmail.com informing us about the reason for the return and the new product you want.
  • No refunds.
  • You can cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.
